SHIPPING

Hop Stuff only sends items within Aotearoa/New Zealand.

We will ship your order within 2 business days and send you a confirmation email with your tracking link once your order has been sent.
Please note, we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes or businesses.​

Please allow additional delivery times of up to five business days if your order is placed within two days of the following public holidays:

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Hop Stuff abides by the New Zealand Consumers Guarantee Act.
We are unable to offer change of mind refunds or refunds/exchanges on undamaged products.
If you are unhappy with your purchase or believe an item we have sent you may be faulty, please contact info@hopstuff.co.nz within 24 hours of receiving the item, including a photo if the fault is visible.​

If we are unable to supply your order after you have confirmed your purchase, we will refund you in full. Refunds will be issued by direct deposit to your credit card. Please allow up to 10 days for the transaction to process.

Any changes to your pet's diet must be done gradually, please feed treats and apple sticks in moderation and monitor your pet's behaviour and health closely.
